What data we process

Contact form and workforce requests: your name, email address, phone number, company, project details and your message.

Job applications: your name, contact details, country of residence, trade, experience, certificates, languages, availability and, if you upload one, your CV.

Server logs: when you visit the website, the hosting server records technical data such as the IP address, time of access, requested page and browser. Logs are used only to operate and secure the website.

Purposes and legal basis

Answering inquiries and preparing cooperation with companies: Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR.

Processing applications and presenting suitable candidates to companies: your consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future.

Protecting the forms against abuse: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. To limit spam we keep a one-way hash of the sender's IP address for one hour. The IP address itself is not stored.

Recipients

Form submissions are stored on our server and delivered to our mailbox. Our hosting and email providers process this data on our behalf.

With your consent, application data is shared with companies that offer work matching your profile. We do not sell personal data.

Retention

Messages, requests and applications are deleted 12 months after receipt at the latest, unless a cooperation or engagement requires longer storage or you withdraw consent earlier.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict processing, to data portability, to object to processing and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, write to the email address above.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
